With over 20 years of elevating our client’s content, we know it varies based on the runtime, complexity and style of the desired animation. Timelines range from a few weeks to a number of months. Once we understand your objectives, budget and timeline, we can advise you accordingly.
We will advise you on what will work best to convey your message in the most effective way. We regularly produce content that combines both animation and video.
We guide you through each production phase and provide you with 2-3 revisions at each stage.
Whilst each project is unique, the production process can be broadly broken down into three parts.
Pre-production
We start things off with a kick-off meeting, expanding upon the brief and collaborating with you to ensure your messaging is understood.
From this, we craft a creative concept alongside bespoke style frames; explaining visually and verbally our vision for the production.
Next up comes the scripting stage, where we transform your messaging into a compelling, concise narrative. To round this stage off, storyboarding is used to show exactly what visual elements we propose to be created and when.
Production
Once the storyboard is signed off, we begin building and animating! Depending on the style, we often have our team working collaboratively here to enhance efficiencies. The culmination of this phase is a first draft video with a guide voice-over and sound effects.
Post-production
Once the video is near completion, we will master a final voice-over and add sound effects. The video will be sent in the required format, along with any subtitles or social edits if requested. Throughout the process we will frequently have online feedback sessions. We also provide Vimeo review links where comments can be made directly on the video from you or your team.
A dedicated Producer/Account manager alongside a Creative Director will be your direct contacts throughout the whole process.
Often the animator themselves will attend meetings throughout the project.
We have you covered! Our sound designers will be briefed from the Creative Director and guided throughout the production.
We will propose a selection of voice actors, giving you the choice of whom best fits your brand. We will supply music options that best fit the mood and tone of the animation. You can also opt to have a music track composed if you prefer.
